We work in a controlled environment with experienced primate handlers, learning about the problems and negative experiences that primates are experiencing in the wild. We hope, that through our work, we are able to explore and use new avenues of education with the actvities and methods that we run, as well as using this as a way of supporting disadvantaged children in the UK, South Africa and Uganda.

Experiencing things one to one in person, understanding and creating a relationship with what you are looking at may help you to feel you know more about something. Check out Henry’s daily diary below to see how he progressed in this rehabilitation. Learn more about primates below by checking out different species, there are many more so keep popping back to check this page out for more information on different species of primates around the world.

The following video was taken at Ngamba Island Chimpanzee sanctuary and U.W.E.C in Uganda and aims to show the similarities between primates and humans.
